  • Plasma Cutting Thickness: With advanced IGBT inverter technology, the 50/60 Hz high-frequency pilot arc plasma cutter supports dual voltage inputs of 110V and 220V, and operates at 60% duty cycle. At 110V, the current range is 15-40A. At 220V, The current ranges 15-75A. The recommended maximum cutting thickness is 14mm at 40A and 45 PSI on 110V, And 25mm at 75A and 70 PSI on 220V.
  • Non Touch Pilot Arc Plasma Cutter: The STC750P plasma cutter with pilot arc function, It’s a high-frequency non-contact arc starting method, This means the torch head doesn't need to make contact with the metal plate. With the addition of a PA (Pilot Arc) adjustable function, the maintenance time of the pilot arc is extended, reducing energy consumption during non-cutting periods and minimizing electrode wear, extend consumables life.
  • Air Sensor Technology: The air sensor built in machine displays the air pressure on the front panel of the machine. Users can adjust the air pressure manually through the air regulator (air pressure cannot be automatically adjusted). An air filter is installed at the back of the machine, equipped with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, ready for use right out of the box. Once connected to an air compressor, the recommended air pressure should be within 70 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute.(Note: Purchase the air compressor separately)
  • PT/2T/4T/PA Function: The post-time function can be adjusted between 3-15 seconds, helping to cool the torch head and extend the life of consumables. A cooling time of 4-8 seconds is generally recommended. The 2T and 4T modes offer automated cutting control, relieving the user's hand. 2T is a semi-automatic cutting control, whereas 4T is fully automatic. The PA setting adjusts the duration of the pilot arc, with longer settings ideal for cutting mesh metal and shorter settings beneficial for extending the life of consumables.
  • Large Digital Screen Display: The digital display screen shows parameters like air pressure, voltage, and current, enabling users to monitor the equipment's status in real-time and make adjustments as needed, enhancing operational efficiency. In the event of a malfunction, the screen displays an error code, facilitating quick troubleshooting.
