## 🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available to us.

- **USA:** 3–8 business days (tracking available)  
- **Rest of the world:** 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

In rare cases, packages may take longer than expected. Delays can happen during peak seasons (e.g., November to December), promotions, or due to customs. If there are no tracking updates for **30–60 business days**, we will send a replacement package.

## 🕒 PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that **processing time (3–5 business days)** is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery timeframe.

Orders typically take **4–6 business days** to be fully processed, including checking, packing, and handoff to the carrier. Once shipped, a tracking email will be sent to you.

During busy periods like holidays or sales, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

## ❌ CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders **cannot be canceled once processing has begun.**  
If you wish to cancel, you must do so **within 30 minutes of placing the order**. A **$20 transaction fee** applies to each canceled order.

If we've already marked your order as processed, it can no longer be canceled.
